Whitehall City Schools
Kae Avenue Elementary School
Kae Avenue Elementary School is the first of five new schools at Whitehall City Schools. The technology-rich, light-filled facility is designed with operational efficiency and student performance in mind. Daylight illuminates the hallways and every classroom, while skylights called “light monitors” bring natural light into internal spaces (i.e., gymnasium, cafeteria, and media center).
Spacious classrooms offer teacher stations connected to resources like SMART Boards and TVs. Breakout zones along the corridor have SMART Board connections, overhead projectors, and computer stations.
