West and South Elementaries
The 73,000 sq. ft. Licking Heights West houses 600 PreK to 1st grade students. Colors, materials, and separate entries ease navigation and promote comfort. Licking Heights South (90,000 sq. ft.) houses 2nd through 4th graders. The commons area has a ‘downtown’ vibe with an outdoor feel.
Each facility includes three classroom houses, a core area (e.g., media center, administrative offices, music/art rooms), and a community zone (e.g., student dining, gymnasium, theater).
