Fountain Square on the River
The team created design guidelines that promoted profitable development and responded to Elgin’s Riverfront City Center Master Plan. The 245,000 sq. ft. solution respects key landmarks and context. It also creates an exciting interaction with the river, supporting the Riverwalk Development. Eight residential floors offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, including traditional and “soft loft” condominiums.
