The 50,000-square-foot Performing Arts Center promotes economic development of the Tuscarawas Valley and enriches academic and cultural programs at Kent State University’s regional campus. The centerpiece is a 1,100-seat theatre with a main floor, mezzanine level, tiered balcony, and communicating balcony wings. It also includes an orchestra pit, multipurpose rehearsal space, and classrooms. The lower-level lobby seats 280 and can function as an art gallery, conference space, and reception area. An upper-level lobby, with seating for 88, overlooks the lower lobby.
